Shipping policy

We process parcels from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays). Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days.

We offer free shipping to customers if certain minimum amount of purchase criteria is met. We will inform customers on the website as clear as we can. Below the minimum amount or in other situations, shipping costs will be charged to customers and will be clearly shown during checkout.

In Calgary, Airdrie, and Chestermere, we provide local delivery and is delivered within 1-3 business days.

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 4-9 business days of its ship date. However, we can in no way be held responsible for late delivery and does not guarantee delivery costs and/or order refund.
